I've had this app downloaded for approximately four months, my husband and I both enjoy playing the second chance games. We have won quite a few 2,3 and 5 dollar coupons along with 100's of entries for the monthly drowning. I have had some problems with the singing in/password and when I called customer support I was helped by Bill he was very helpful, together we solved the issue. Thank you Bill. I dont understand why I have to go to apps to open the Bingo game if not for that I'd give a 5 sta

Loved the game until it ripped me off BIG TIME. I won a grand prize but was not awarded it. I screenshotted the win and the prize amount to be had and sent these proofs to customer service and the tech team gave me a bogus story and wouldn't endorse it. It was $40 x10 but paid only $40. They said it was $2 x10 which doesn't even add up. $40 is better than nothing but I still feel cheated out of $360. Don't offer prizes you don't intend to pay. Thats drops in the bucket for them.

Just like the Cashword app, this one will not accept the password that I've been using since I started buying scratch off tickets. It will accept my password if I go to the desktop version, however I can only continue if I'm using a computer. Customer service is useless - their robot doesn't understand the question that I ask. The "second chance" games are what started my interest in the lottery im the first place, but apparently they don't mind losing customers.
